CANVAS's Loyalty Rewards Membership is created as a “Thank You” to you; our loyal clients. When you become a member you will receive points every time you come in for services and or retail purchases.
It’s Convenient
There is no card to carry, no ID to remember. Loyalty points are automatically calculated from all your spa purchases through our advanced software technology.
How to Accrue Points
10 CANVAS Loyalty Points will be earned for every dollar you spend on all service and retail purchases.
-Receive 2000 points for becoming a member.
-Receive 2000 points for referring a friend or family member.
-Receive 1000 points for the purchase of gift Cards or Service Series Packages.
-Receive 1000 points for coming in 15 days before or after your birthday.
-Receive 1000 points for booking a new service or booking with a different Provider.
-Receive 1000 points for scheduling from our daily availability specials posted daily.
-Receive 500 points for scheduling appointments on Wednesdays 8 am thru 11 am.
-Receive 500 points for signing up for e-marketing.
-Receive 300 points for taking advantage of monthly promotions.
-Receive 300 points for pre booking your next appointment.
Added Rewards
Throughout the year, CANVAS will offer specials via e-mail and Facebook providing opportunities to earn extra bonus points. Members will also earn extra points on monthly promotions listed in CANVAS Happenings.
Points = Money
CANVAS’s advanced software technology will automatically calculate the amount which you can apply to the discount. You may redeem up to 50% off of all services and retail. Points are available the next day after a purchase or service has been completed.
Are there any exceptions?
-Points are non-transferable.
-Points cannot be used to pay for sale tax.
-Points cannot be redeemed for gratuities or cash.
-Points cannot be used to purchase Service Series or Gift Cards.
-Points are not refundable under any circumstances.
How can I view my points?
Points are printed out on each receipt. You can ask the front desk for the dollar value of your points. Your accumulated points total is updated at the end of each day.
